This what we do best. First, we take our own freshly dumped Four Grain Bourbon Barrels still dripping with Whiskey. We then fill the barrels with fresh green coffee, the coffee absorbs the left over Bourbon, oak, vanilla and sugars from the wood. It is laid to rest for up to 2-6 months and then tossed in our roaster and roasted to perfection.
